The long-term institutional development plan was promulgated during the time of the then President Dr. Jesus Rodrigo F. Torres where the intended targets were continuously worked-upon and monitored till its year-end target of 2022 under the auspices of the new University President, Dr. Ma. Eugenia Ma. Yangco.  Quality management served as the implementing guidelines to achieve the goals and objectives stipulated hereunder.

The Medium-term Institutional Development plan span the years 2019 – 2026 which were institutionalized to complement the Long-term Development Plan which ends in the year 2022.  The highlights of the goals and objectives included the strategies in cushioning the impact of the pandemic while still adopting processess that maximize resource utilization to sustain operation with impetus on student learning.  The Plan may be viewed in its entirety thru the button link below.
