Student Development Support may be viewed in terms of the Budget for the Higher Education Program.  The students are provided with enough resources of scholarly books and articles thru the University Library due to be constructed in 2023.  The education program is made possible through the Administrative Support which are given ample budget to sustain an efficient and effective implementation of educational polices.  The budget allocation for the needed improvements are based on the comments and suggestions of national and international accrediting bodies.  Kindly refer to a portion of the RTU GAAI which is captioned in this link.

The RTU provided several media to answer queries that are embeded in School Policies.  Each student is provided with the Student Handbook to be kept  informed on Guidelines and Resources.  In the same manner, students are referred to the Guidance Counselling Center for career direction and opportunities.  Freshmen are directed to the shcool’s Admission site for admission requirement details.  Choices of courses that RTU offers are referred to the Undergraduate Courses site. Other student concerns are directed to the Student Services site for pieces of advise regarding payment of fees, clearance and registrar-related  matters.

The RTU has functional Guidance Counselling Center that provides advising assistance to in-coming and out-going students from different programs.  The capabaility of the advisers are strengthend through the conduct of training activities specifically intended to disseminate critical and operational knowledge as guidance counsellors.  Activity-specific proof of training and workshops may be viewed in this link.
